My Dear M:
I am very sorry to hear of your indisposit-
ion, and hope that the ill term has been a short one & has passed
away.
If the key enclosed do not fit the caddy chest,
where the deed wished for is locked up, I do not know where
the right one is. There will be no harm in prying open the
chest. It can be done with a common case knife, as the
lock is weak.
If you do not greatly mistake, my imprison-
ment will terminate next week, and I shall have the
pleasure of expressing to you & F. my grateful sense of all
your kindness. God bless and keep you both.
Ever yours truly,
Tho'sW.Dorr.
